Our entire process is built to get your order dispatched quickly, so you’re never left waiting longer than necessary.
Standard shipping typically takes up to 5 working days. For fully assembled bikes, please allow approximately 15 days, as extra time is needed for professional assembly and shipping of oversized or unboxed items.
Standard Bike Delivery:
We offer free personal delivery on all bikes
Please note: During peak periods, we may choose to deliver your bike via a trusted courier service instead of personal delivery—this is at our discretion to ensure timely service.
Back orders may require up to an additional 10 working days, depending on the brand.
Products
- Returns Within 30 Days
Items returned within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange
- Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made products and specially ordered items not normally stocked by us cannot be returned. - Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are non-refundable. - Proof of Purchase
All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice - Condition of Returned Goods
Items must be returned in their original manufacturer’s packaging, which must be intact and undamaged. Products should be unused and free from any damage. - Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost and safe delivery of returned items. We recommend using a tracked and insured service to avoid loss or damage during transit.
Bikes
If a bike has been purchased and it is not the correct size, we are happy to swap the bike for the correct
one OR if you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return your bike, the
following
terms and conditions apply:
One Year Returns Policy.
- Bikes returned within 30 days can be exchanged for a refund, a store credit or an alternative
item.
- Bikes returned within one year can only be exchanged for a store credit or an alternative item,
not a
refund.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Bikes must be accompanied by a proof of purchase
- Bikes must not be used in any way unless bike is faulty
- Postage costs of returns/exchanges are not covered.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us.
