Shipping & Returns

Our whole operation is designed to get your order out the door and on its way to you in the shortest possible time frame so you aren't left waiting.

Shipping normally takes up to 5 working days. Delivering an assembled bike takes approximately 15 days as it takes extra time for assembly and extended time frames to ship oversized/unboxed items.

Standard Bike Delivery: Standard Delivery is Free when the bike is over €1,000, we deliver the bike personally.
If the cost of the bike is below €1,000, there is a €35 cost and this will apply when checking out your bike via the online cart or over the phone.
Please note: depending on busy periods we can decide to send your bike with our courier company and this is at our own discretion.

Back orders may take up to extra 10 working days depending on brand.

Products

  • One Year Warranty Returns Policy.
  • Goods returned within 30 days can be exchanged for a refund, a store credit or an alternative item.
  • Custom-made items cannot be returned.
  • Specially ordered items that we do not usually stock cannot be returned.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Goods must be accompanied by a receipt/invoice.
  • Goods must be in their original manufacturer's packaging. The packaging must be undamaged.
  • Goods must not be used or damaged in any way.
  • Postage costs of returns/exchanges are not covered.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us.

Bikes

If a bike has been purchased and it is not the correct size, we are happy to swap the bike for the correct one OR if you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return your bike, the following terms and conditions apply:

  • One Year Returns Policy.
  • Bikes returned within 30 days can be exchanged for a refund, a store credit or an alternative item.
  • Bikes returned within one year can only be exchanged for a store credit or an alternative item, not a refund.
  • In circumstances where the the bike is being returned for a refund there is a 15% restocking fee.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Bikes must be accompanied by a receipt/invoice
  • Bikes must not be used in any way 
  • Postage costs of returns/exchanges are not covered.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us.
