If you have any questions about the specific color of any item, please contact us in advance of making a purchase on this site so that we can provide you with as much advice and information as possible.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Our online store is linked directly to our stock system, and therefore, availability shown on our website should indicate the availability of the product. However, from time to time, the information shown can be inaccurate, and this may lead to the product you have chosen being unavailable. In this instance, we will contact you as quickly as possible and arrange for an immediate refund via the payment methods stipulated in our Returns & Refund Policy. Little Sports Bikes regrets that no compensation can be paid in such instances.
WEBSITE ERRORS
At all times, we will do our utmost to ensure that product information and technical specifications listed on our website for the products we sell are correct and accurate. However, from time to time, it may happen that some of the information featured may be incomplete, inaccurate, or may contain typographical errors. Any errors are wholly unintentional, and we sincerely apologize if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise pricing or availability. If it comes to our attention that an item is incorrectly priced on our website, we reserve the right not to proceed with your order, as we are not obliged to sell any item at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.
EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under circumstances where the delay and/or failure arose from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
WAIVER
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. At no time are your statutory rights affected. "By using this site, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions." You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
BIKES IN STOCK TO ORDER
When ordering bikes, especially the higher-end bikes, please be aware that delivery times from our suppliers can frequently vary. While some bikes are showing as in stock, "in stock" means that they are available to order. Once the bike is ordered, we will contact you within 3-5 working days and confirm all details regarding your order with you.
BIKE TO WORK SCHEME
Little Sports Bikes is more than happy to accept the Bike to Work Scheme; however, we do expect payment by your employer within 30 days of an invoice being provided to you. Due to the current shortage of bikes, we are asking for a deposit on all bikes so these are secured and put aside for when your Bike to Work payment is processed and received. This deposit is then refunded when your employer's payment has credited Little Sports Bikes' bank account.
Please note: We reserve the right to sell any bike, even if a deposit has been paid, when Bike to Work payments have exceeded the 30 days and no communication has been received from you/your employer. Your deposit will be refunded to you should you not wish to re-order.
BIKE TO WORK POLICY ON MISSING PRODUCTS
While we try our best on all orders to make sure every item is available on a Bike to Work order, there might be the odd occasion where an item is out of stock. If this situation arises, our policy is as follows:
BIKE CANCELLATION POLICY
If a bike has been put aside with a deposit, and you decide to cancel this bike/order, please be aware there is a re-stocking charge. This charge is 15% of the total cost of the bike.
